Integrating resources from domestic 123 authoritative composites research institutes, universities and colleges, the third party testing and evaluation organizations and upstream/downstream enterprises and institutions, the Center efficiently links up with the main center, regional centers and production/ application demonstration platforms in the national new materials testing and evaluation system, and collaborates with other industry centers to carry out common testing and evaluation technology development and standards formulation so as to push forward the formation of a “national team” in composites testing and evaluation through common efforts in technological development, consultation and services.
